The 7 steps of your case file
- Received. AL opened your case file and has the initial information.
- In transit. The cargo is on its way to the destination country.
- Documents. We review and complete the invoice, packing list, B/L or air waybill, permits and certificates.
- Declaration. The customs declaration is filed through our network of partner customs agencies.
- Under customs inspection. Customs reviews the declaration and, if applicable, the goods.
- Released. Customs authorized the release: the goods can be picked up.
- Delivered. The cargo reached its final destination.
