FAQ

Answers to your questions

Can't find your answer? Message us and we'll be glad to help.

Do you handle customs clearance for my goods?

Yes. We offer a complete customs service: tariff classification, declarations, permits, document management, customs transit and clearance. Every operation is carried out through our network of allied customs agencies, under the coordination and supervision of AL Services Logistics, and you deal only with us.

In which countries can you handle customs clearance?

In the countries of Central America and other Latin American countries, through our partner network. If you import from China or other Asian countries, the United States or Europe, we coordinate transport and customs clearance on arrival in Nicaragua or in the Central American country of destination. Tell us the country of clearance and we will confirm the best way to handle it.

What information do I need to request a quote?

Ideally, origin and destination, type of goods, approximate weight or volume, dimensions and the estimated shipping date. If you don't have all the details yet, contact us and we will help you define them.

Which transport mode is right for me: air, ocean or land?

It depends on urgency, volume, type of cargo and budget. Air is the fastest; ocean is usually more economical for large volumes; land transport is very practical within Central America. We will recommend the best option for your case.

How can I track my shipment?

Use the “Track” tab at the top of this page with your air waybill, B/L or reference number. If your code is not available online, we will gladly confirm the latest status on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.

Do you work with individuals or only with companies?

We work with both individuals and companies of all sizes that need to ship, import or export goods.
